1. Purpose
This agreement defines the terms and conditions for AlephIQ's services and the user's use of those services. By accessing or using alephiq.com, you agree to comply with all terms here. If you don't agree, please refrain from using the service.
2. Definitions
- Site: the website alephiq.com.
- User: anyone who uses the Site or any service offered on it.
- Member: a user identified on the site.
- Identifier & Password: credentials used to access reserved areas. Passwords are confidential and the User must keep them secret.
- Admin: AlephIQ employees responsible for development and maintenance of the site.
- Personal Message: a message containing text intended for one or more members or admins.
3. Access to the service
AlephIQ is a market analysis and forecasting service. We use AI algorithms to study historical data and identify trends, and produce indicative forecasts of price movements across various indices.
All costs related to accessing the Service — material, software, or internet — are the user's responsibility. Some sections are reserved for Members and require login.
AlephIQ reserves the right to refuse access without prior notice to any User who breaches these terms. We use reasonable means to ensure quality access but cannot be held responsible for malfunctions of networks, servers, or events beyond our reasonable control. We may interrupt, suspend, or modify access for maintenance or any other reason without compensation.
4. Internet usage rules
By using AlephIQ, you agree to:
- Not upload viruses or malicious code.
- Not attempt to access another user's account or solicit login info.
- Use only your own account and not share credentials.
- Not use AlephIQ for illegal, malicious, or discriminatory purposes.
- Not interfere with the operation of the site (DDoS attacks, scraping, etc.).
- Not encourage violations of these Terms.
5. Intellectual property
The general structure of alephiq.com — and all data, graphs, texts, graphics, images, sounds, and videos — are the property of the publisher. Any reproduction or partial/total exploitation by any means without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited and may constitute infringement under articles L 335-2 and following of the French Intellectual Property Code.
6. Personal data
By using the Service, you grant AlephIQ a non-exclusive, fully paid, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable, worldwide license to use Content you post via the Service — purely illustrative of the Service's operation.
Collection and processing of personal information is carried out in accordance with REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). AlephIQ guarantees the User the right to oppose, access, and rectify their data — contact us at team@alephiq.com.
7. Limits of liability
The User undertakes to indemnify AlephIQ for any consequences directly or indirectly related to their use of the Service. Passwords are personal and confidential — the User must keep them secret. Use of credentials over the internet is at the User's risk.
The User acknowledges the limitations of the internet and that total security of data exchanges cannot be guaranteed. AlephIQ cannot be held responsible for damages from transmission of credentials. Within applicable law, AlephIQ is not liable for direct or indirect damages or losses resulting from unavailability of the Service or actions of other users.
8. Force majeure
AlephIQ cannot be held responsible in cases of force majeure or events beyond its control.
9. Changes to these conditions
We may modify these terms at any time. Users should regularly consult the latest version on the site.
10. Duration & termination
These conditions are valid for an indefinite period from first use of the Service.
11. Applicable law & jurisdiction
The applicable law is French law. In case of dispute, and failing amicable agreement, only French courts within the jurisdiction of the Court of Appeal of Paris are competent.
